Born and brought up in Blaenavon, Ryan took up an apprenticeship in a large South Wales firm of accountants at the age of 17. In his mid-twenties he moved to the East Midlands taking up accounting positions within established businesses strengthening his knowledge and understanding of the needs of businesses at all levels.

Ryan set-up Troubleshooters in 1999 as a service to small businesses that needed help and support in creating financial systems and training staff to use these systems, this is the source of the company name.

In his own time Ryan enjoys travel, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
